About Andres Yoav

Andres Yoav Mejer built a practice that bridges civic service and private counsel. He completed his legal education in Brooklyn and is licensed to practice in New York. Since 2010 he has been a partner at the firm that bears his name, Andres Mejer & Associates.

His career has run in two parallel streams: private practice and public service. In 2014 he took on a public role as a commissioner for the Long Branch Housing Authority. That same year he joined the board of the Monmouth Family Health Center. Both positions placed him in the public eye and in the community, and they reflect a pattern of engagement beyond the courtroom.

Mejer became a partner at Andres Mejer & Associates in 2010. Over the years he has managed a small network of offices located in Eatontown, Lakewood and Freehold. He works out of those offices while maintaining his New York jurisdictional ties. The arrangement allows him to meet with clients locally while handling legal matters that arise under New York law.

Those who have worked with him describe a practical approach to cases. He balances courtroom readiness with case-by-case negotiation. In public roles he has served alongside municipal and nonprofit boards, and in private practice he has handled a range of matters that require both procedural knowledge and hands-on client attention. Mejer’s work in the community has informed how he counsels clients, and his dual involvement in public boards and private law practice has given him a broader view of local legal needs.

Today he splits his time between his firm’s offices in Eatontown, Lakewood and Freehold while serving clients under New York law. He handles legal matters for individuals and organizations from those offices and maintains active involvement in local public boards and civic institutions. He practices law from the Eatontown, Lakewood and Freehold offices of Andres Mejer & Associates, representing clients on matters arising in New York.
