About Anahi
Anahi Fancher built her professional foundation across two countries and several fields of study. She earned a Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law after completing both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing Research at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Earlier study at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education added an international business marketing perspective to her training.
Her early career blended business and law. Over time she moved fully into legal practice and established Fancher Law Office, PLLC. As founder she manages day-to-day operations and client matters. The firm operates in Tennessee, where she is licensed to practice.
Fancher’s memberships map the work she takes on. She has belonged to the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2017 and joined the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2020. She also holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, both since 2017. These affiliations reflect steady involvement in organizations that cover criminal defense and immigration law.
Her practice combines courtroom work and administrative proceedings. She represents individuals charged with state offenses and appears in hearings that affect immigration status. Her caseload includes pretrial motions, plea negotiations, trial defense and immigration advocacy. She handles factual investigation, legal research and client counseling, then moves matters through court or agency processes as needed.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and pragmatic in assessing outcomes. Clients typically seek her help for urgent matters that carry both criminal and immigration consequences. She aims for clarity in explaining legal options and for responsiveness during fast-moving cases.
Outside casework she keeps current on developments in criminal and immigration law through the professional groups she joined in 2017 and 2020. That ongoing engagement informs how she approaches evolving statutory and regulatory issues.
She practices from Fancher Law Office, PLLC in Tennessee. She currently represents clients in criminal defense and immigration matters.
