About Allison

Allison Green earned her law degree from Albany Law School in 2005. While at Albany Law she was active in Moot Court and concentrated her studies on litigation. Before law school she completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University at Albany in 2002. Those academic years established the foundations of legal research, oral advocacy and courtroom procedure that have shaped her subsequent work.

After graduating in 2005, Green moved into practice and spent the early years building courtroom experience. Her Moot Court background translated into frequent courtroom appearances, drafting of motions and oral argument. She handled pretrial work and discovery, and developed a routine for preparing witnesses and crafting persuasive briefs. Colleagues from that period describe her work as steady and attentive to detail.

Green’s practice has emphasized litigation. She has worked on trials and contested hearings, and her training in oral advocacy has remained a through line. She is known for thorough legal research and concise written advocacy. On the practical side she manages case calendars, supervises discovery, and coordinates with experts when cases require technical input. She also counsels clients on procedural strategy and settlement considerations, often weighing litigation risks against the time and expense of continued dispute.

Her courtroom manner is straightforward. She focuses on clear narrative and factual presentation rather than theatricality. In the office she prioritizes clear writing and careful analysis. Attorneys who have worked with her note that she values deadlines and prepares materials with an eye toward trial-readiness.

Outside of court, Green’s legal interests have continued to include appellate briefing and practice. Her Moot Court experience has informed how she frames issues for higher review and how she structures arguments for concision and force. She spends substantial time on legal research and on drafting memoranda that address both the law and the practical implications for clients.

As of 2026 Allison Green maintains a litigation practice that emphasizes trial preparation, motion practice and appellate advocacy. She continues to handle contested matters and to represent clients through pretrial proceedings and courtroom hearings.
