About Allison A
Allison A Krilla built a path to law that started with two degrees and a steady progression through the court system. She earned a B.A. in American Studies and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. More than a decade later she completed her J.D. at Rutgers University–Newark in 2006.
Early in her legal career she took on clerking roles that exposed her to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. In 2009 she served as a law clerk at Keefe Bartels. The following year she worked as a clerk for the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien. Those positions offered regular contact with judges, counsel and courtroom practice, and they informed how she approached subsequent work at a law firm.
In 2011 she became a member of Reardon Anderson, LLC. Over the years at that firm she has handled matters that involve appearances in New Jersey courts. Her experience combines the behind-the-scenes perspective gained from clerking with the front-line tasks of advising clients and managing cases through litigation or resolution.
Krilla maintains active ties to the New Jersey legal community. She holds current memberships in the Monmouth Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Those affiliations keep her connected to colleagues across the state, and they provide access to continuing legal education and local practice developments.
