About Peter D.
Peter D. Valenzano built his legal foundation at Rutgers University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2010. Those years set the stage for a practice concentrated on courtroom work and contested matters.
His career began immediately after law school. In 2010 he joined Hyderally & Associates, PC as a lawyer. He moved to Kirsch Gartenberg Howard, LLP in 2012, where he continued to handle litigation. In 2013 he joined Brach Eichler as a lawyer, adding experience on more complex matters and broader civil practice. Each stop added layers of courtroom exposure and case-handling responsibilities.
Valenzano is admitted in New Jersey and New York and is authorized to appear in federal courts including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and New Jersey federal courts. He has been a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association since 2010 and joined the New Jersey Association for Justice in 2015. Those memberships align with a practice that frequently addresses employment disputes and other civil claims.
Since 2019 he has been at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where he continues his litigation work. His docket has included contested hearings and motions practice in both state and federal forums. He represents individuals in employment-related matters and pursues civil remedies through negotiation, briefing and, when necessary, trial.
Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who favors direct preparation and clear courtroom presentation. He prepares witnesses, drafts pleadings and handles discovery, attending hearings in trial courts and federal settings. The work requires steady attention to procedural detail and an ability to move cases forward, qualities he has applied across different firms and case types.
Outside of casework he remains involved with professional groups that address labor and employment law and trial practice issues. That involvement keeps him connected to developments in statutes and court decisions that affect workplace and civil litigation. He currently practices at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., representing clients in employment disputes and related civil litigation.
