Alan Eisner is a criminal defense attorney licensed to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. His license is currently active. Mr. Eisner earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1985. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science in 1982. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board in 1984.

Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles from 1987 through 1992.

Mr. Eisner is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ), the Criminal Courts Bar Association (CCBA), and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. He is also a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, a designation granted by the California State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization, reflecting his high level of proficiency in criminal defense. Additionally, he is a member of the Federal Bar Panel for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
