Alan Eisner is a criminal defense attorney licensed to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. His license is currently active. Mr. Eisner earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1985. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science in 1982. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board in 1984.
Mr. Eisner focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense, handling a wide range of cases including murder, vehicular manslaughter, violent sex crimes, narcotic possession and sales, white-collar crimes such as embezzlement, loan fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, identity theft, computer intrusion, and internet pornography. Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles from 1987 through 1992.
Mr. Eisner is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ), the Criminal Courts Bar Association (CCBA), and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
