About Adam T.
Adam T. Rabin built his legal foundation at Tulane University, where he earned a B.A. in 1990, and at the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1993. He entered practice after law school and has maintained an active presence in Florida’s courts and federal forums ever since. His academic record set the stage for a career anchored in litigation.
Rabin serves as a shareholder at McCabe Rabin, P.A., Lawyers at Law. In that role he handles contested matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He is admitted in Florida and in several federal jurisdictions, including the 11th Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar, a credential that recognizes specialization in commercial disputes.
Beyond his courtroom work, Rabin has been active in bar and community groups. He holds current membership in The Florida Bar and in the Special Committee on the Florida Investor Protection Statute. He has long ties to Palm Beach legal circles through the Palm Beach County Bar Association and through service on the Steering Committee for the Inaugural Southern District of Florida Bench-Bar Conference, a role he has held since 2008. Since 2008 he has also served on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission.
His involvement extends to a range of voluntary bar associations. Between 2005 and 2015 he belonged to the Palm Beach County Justice Association. From 2009 through 2015 he held memberships in several local affinity bars, including the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Palm Beach County chapter. He also served the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association from 2011 to 2015. In 2012 and 2013 he chaired the Got Civility? Project, a collaborative effort among 44 South Florida voluntary bar groups aimed at improving professionalism in the local legal community.
