About Adam S.

Adam S. Towers studied history and law on the West Coast before building a practice in Florida. He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998 and received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific in 2001. Those years set the groundwork for a practice that moves between transactional work and courtroom advocacy.

He is admitted to practice in California and Florida and is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. After law school he worked as a lawyer at Best, Best & Krieger, LLP, where he developed experience in matters tied to land use, title issues and civil disputes. He later joined Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., where he serves as a shareholder.

Towers’ professional memberships reflect a practice rooted in real property law. He is active in the North Florida Association of Real Estate Lawyers and belongs to the Florida Land Title Association. He also participates in the Florida Bar Real Property Litigation Committee and the 8th Judicial Circuit Bar Association. These affiliations keep him engaged with colleagues on litigation trends and title practice standards.

Beyond professional groups, Towers maintains ties to the Gainesville community. He is a member of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and is listed with the Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association. Those connections inform a local perspective on property and development issues that often appear in his work.

The bulk of Towers’ work involves real property matters, including title concerns and related litigation. He handles disputes that range from contested title questions to complex real estate litigation. In transactional settings he advises on title resolution and risk allocation, and in contested matters he represents clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and straightforward in courtroom settings. He balances litigation readiness against practical settlement paths when client interests point that way. He has maintained practice ties in both California and Florida throughout his career and continues to accept matters that require multi-jurisdictional awareness.

He practices law as a shareholder at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., where his work centers on real property, title matters and related litigation.
