About McCabe G
McCabe G Harrison built his academic foundation at the University of Florida. He earned a B.A. in economics in 2005, a J.D. from the Levin College of Law in 2009 and completed an LL.M. in Taxation from the same law school in 2011. Those credentials form the backbone of a practice that sits at the intersection of tax law and estate planning.
After law school and graduate study, Harrison entered private practice in Florida. His early professional record shows a steady progression through small and mid-sized firms. In 2015 he worked as an associate at Ossi Law Office, P.A., and that same year he was listed as partner and of counsel at Ossi, Withers & Harrison, P.A. Three years later he became a partner at Harrison Estate Law, P.A., a firm that carries his name.
Harrison’s training in taxation informs much of his work. He handles matters that require an understanding of the tax consequences of estate and trust design, and he represents clients through probate and fiduciary administration. He prepares wills and trusts, advises on wealth transfer strategies and assists executors and trustees with post-death administration. His LL.M. in Taxation supplies technical depth when questions about federal and state tax treatment arise.
He is active in the local legal community. Harrison maintains memberships in the Estate Planning Council of North Central Florida, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Young Lawyers Division and the Bennett Inn of Court. Those affiliations place him in regular contact with fellow practitioners, judges and professional advisers in the region.
Colleagues describe his practice as methodical. He reviews client documents closely and tends to use plain language in explanations. Clients meet him for planning sessions, document signings and administration matters. On complex tax points he draws on the graduate-level study he completed after law school.
Harrison is admitted to practice in Florida. He works from Harrison Estate Law, P.A., where he participates in both the advisory and administrative sides of estate work. He balances transactional drafting with probate administration and routine tax reporting, and he continues to serve clients across the state in estate planning and related tax matters.
He is currently a partner at Harrison Estate Law, P.A., and practices estate planning and taxation matters in Florida.
