About Adam J.

Adam J. Gomez earned his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 2010 and completed his legal studies at Temple University Beasley School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2013. His education laid a steady foundation for litigation work and federal practice, and it placed him among a generation of lawyers who moved quickly into courtroom-focused roles after law school.

After law school, Gomez entered practice in Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and holds admissions to federal courts that serve the region, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow him to handle matters that move between trial courts and appellate review.

Gomez maintains active professional ties beyond the courtroom. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He participates in these groups as a way to stay current on trial techniques, procedural developments, and issues affecting litigants in both state and federal systems.

His practice has involved litigation in state and federal forums. He handles matters that require courtroom preparation, briefing, and argument at both the trial and appellate levels. Colleagues and peers have noted his attention to procedural detail and his willingness to press discrete legal issues when they matter to outcomes. He treats casework in a methodical way, breaking down complex procedural tasks into clear steps for clients and for the trial team.

Gomez joined Grant Eisenhofer P.A., where he contributes to the firm's trial and litigation efforts. At the firm he works on cases that require coordinated strategy among lawyers, experts, and clients. He spends time preparing witness testimony, drafting pleadings and motions, and developing the factual record necessary for hearings and trials. He also handles appellate filings when litigation advances beyond the district court.

Outside courtrooms and filings, Gomez's association work keeps him connected to the broader legal community in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. He attends continuing education programs and participates in panels and roundtables organized by bar groups. He approaches each case as a practical problem to solve, placing emphasis on clear legal analysis and effective presentation to judges and juries. He practices at Grant Eisenhofer P.A., and his practice concentrates on litigation in state and federal courts, including trial and appellate matters.
