About Aaron S.

Aaron S. Cash earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville. He arrived in the profession on a traditional path: law school followed by bar admissions that opened doors to both state and federal practice. The J.D. from Fayetteville remains his formal legal foundation.

After law school he secured admission to practice in Arkansas and Oklahoma and to several federal districts that serve the region. Those admissions include the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Holding credentials in multiple jurisdictions allows him to appear where his clients’ matters require a federal forum as well as in state court.

That range of admissions has shaped the practical side of his work. He handles filings, argues motions and appears in court proceedings in both state and federal settings. He works through procedural questions that arise across district lines and responds to the different local rules and timelines those courts impose. His practice involves courtroom preparation, client counseling on litigation strategy and the routine demands of civil procedure.

Colleagues and clients describe his manner in court as steady and direct. He favors clear legal writing and practical advocacy. On any given day that may mean drafting briefs for a federal judge in Arkansas, meeting with a client in Rogers or preparing witnesses for testimony in state court in Oklahoma. Those are the day-to-day tasks that define much of his practice.

He maintains an office in Rogers, which serves as a base for work across the two states and the federal districts where he is admitted. The Rogers location positions him to serve local businesses, individuals and others who need representation in nearby courts. He balances court appearances with office work, managing hearings, discovery schedules and client communications.

Outside the courtroom, his legal education continues to inform his choices about procedure and case management. He draws on classroom training from the University of Arkansas while adapting to each court’s expectations. He remains active in practicing law across Arkansas and Oklahoma and in the federal courts where he is admitted. His current practice focuses on representing clients in state and federal courts across Arkansas and Oklahoma.
