About Seth A.
Seth A. White earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2015, after completing undergraduate studies in history and political science at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2012. He moved steadily from academic study into courtroom work. The chronology of his early roles shows a lawyer who spent time learning on the ground before taking on lead responsibilities.
White began gaining hands-on legal experience as a law clerk in Benton County Circuit Court, Division II, in 2013. The following year he served as a law clerk in the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office and took on duties as a Rule XV prosecutor in Benton County. Those early positions placed him inside both the administrative and adversarial sides of the state system. They also provided exposure to criminal procedure and public prosecution work.
After law school he joined Anderson, Murphy & Hopkins, LLP in 2015. He moved to Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik, PLLC in 2016 and later became part of Keith Law Group, PLLC in 2020. The sequence reflects a shift from clerkships and public service to steady practice in private firms. Over the years he has handled matters in Arkansas courts and has admissions that allow filings in the Eighth Circuit.
White maintains active memberships in several professional groups. He has been part of the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates since 2015 and holds membership in the State Bar of Arkansas. He joined the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2016 and the American Association for Justice in 2017. Locally, he has been involved with Protect AR Families as Benton County chair since 2018 and participates in the Downtown Rogers Rotary since the same year. These affiliations reflect ongoing engagement in both legal policy and community activities.
Colleagues describe his path as one that blends prosecutorial experience with private-practice litigation. He has courtroom experience from his time as a prosecutor and further practice in state and federal matters, including the Eighth Circuit. His work has included preparation for trials and appellate filings, as well as client representation at various stages of litigation.
Seth A. White is currently an attorney at Keith Law Group, PLLC, where he handles litigation matters in Arkansas and matters that proceed to the Eighth Circuit and related courts, and he continues to maintain active involvement in local and state bar activities.
