About Aaron Martin
Aaron M. Panner is a partner at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, P.L.L.C., specializing in antitrust law and appellate litigation. He has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 1995, New York since 1996, and the District of Columbia since 1997. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr.
Panner earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1995. He served as Primary Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from Yale University in 1986. After law school, he clerked for Judge Michael Boudin of the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the First Circuit from 1995 to 1996, and for Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1996 to 1997. Before his legal career, Mr. Panner served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State from 1987 to 1992.
At Kellogg Hansen, he has represented leading communications and information services companies in high-stakes litigation at both trial and appellate levels. He has successfully briefed multiple motions to dismiss antitrust claims and has served as amicus counsel for the American Psychiatric Association in various Supreme Court and appellate cases. Mr. Panner is fluent in French and Spanish.
