About Zachary Seth

Zachary Seth Bidner is an attorney who practices in the American Southwest and in federal court. He runs a solo practice and handles matters that bring him into both state and federal forums. Colleagues describe him as deliberate in court and methodical at the desk. He balances trial work with client counseling and manages the day-to-day operations of his office.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. He continued his legal training at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2013. Those years in law school included coursework and activities that prepared him for practice across state lines and in federal court.

After law school Bidner took the route many new lawyers take: obtaining bar admission and building a practice. He was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2014. He is also licensed to practice in Texas and secured admission to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in 2024. Those admissions allow him to appear for clients in a range of trial-level venues.

He is the owner of the Law Office of Zachary Bidner. Operating a solo firm requires wearing many hats. He handles filings, client meetings, court appearances and the business side of the practice. His caseload brings him into New Mexico and Texas courts, as well as before the federal court for the Western District of Texas. He provides representation that addresses procedural and substantive issues a case may present, and he prepares matters for hearing or trial when needed.

Bidner maintains memberships that reflect his active standing in the bar. He has been a member of the New Mexico State Bar since 2014, and he joined the Federal Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in 2024. These affiliations enable him to practice in federal court and to stay connected with developments that affect litigation and courtroom procedure in the region.

He runs his practice from his own office and manages both the legal and administrative demands that come with solo practice. He continues to represent clients in New Mexico and Texas, and he appears as counsel in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. His current practice concentrates on representing clients in state and federal proceedings.
