About Wojtek P

Wojtek P Wilczynski earned his law degree from Temple University in 2011. He arrived at law school after undergraduate studies elsewhere and completed the J.D. program at Temple, entering practice shortly thereafter. The law degree set the foundation for a practice that spans federal and state jurisdictions.

He is admitted to practice in Virginia and is authorized to appear before the U.S. Immigration Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Those admissions reflect the variety of matters he handles and the procedural environments in which he operates. Over the years he has handled cases that require appearances in both administrative and federal adjudicatory settings.

Wilczynski serves on the Lawyer Malpractice Insurance Committee of the Virginia State Bar. That committee assignment places him in conversations about professional responsibility and the insurance frameworks that affect law firms and individual practitioners. He is also an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association, where he participates in events and undertakings that bring local practitioners together to discuss practice trends and court developments.

Colleagues describe him as practical in approach and focused on problem solving. In litigation settings he pays attention to deadlines and procedural detail. In administrative proceedings he emphasizes thorough preparation. He has worked on matters that involve both the immigration system and bankruptcy law, and he aims to address client issues by assessing legal options across those distinct areas.

His practice involves drafting filings, representing clients at hearings, and advising on legal strategy tied to revenue, relief, and regulatory outcomes. He has experience navigating administrative hearings and federal court procedures. That experience includes the mechanics of appearing before immigration judges and interacting with bankruptcy trustees and court clerks in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Outside of court work he contributes to bar activities and committee work that touch on the profession’s regulatory and insurance issues. Those roles bring a different perspective than courtroom advocacy and contribute to discussions about the infrastructure that supports legal practice in Virginia.

He maintains an office where he meets with clients and coordinates filings and appearances. His current practice handles immigration and bankruptcy matters in Virginia and in the federal courts where he is admitted to appear.
