About William Kash Stilz
William Kash Stilz Jr. earned his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2002 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky, where he received a B.B.A. in 1998. He entered the legal profession in the early 2000s and has maintained an active presence in courts and bar associations across the region since then.
Early in his career he built a practice that crosses state lines. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Ohio, and he holds admissions to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Those credentials have allowed him to handle matters in both trial and appellate forums. His membership in the Kentucky Bar Association dates to 2003, and he joined the Kentucky Justice Association the year before.
Stilz’s professional affiliations reflect the mix of work he handles. He has been active in the American Association for Justice and the Ohio Association for Justice since 2007. He is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, joining that organization in 2006, and he has maintained membership in the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2009.
