Additionally, he is certified by the Social Security Administration as a benefits planning, assistance, and outreach counselor, further demonstrating his commitment to helping others navigate complex systems. In 2012, Mr. Frazier was appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to serve as a volunteer Judge Pro Tempore for the Washington County Justice Court, a role he continues to hold. This position allows him to contribute to the community while gaining valuable insights into judicial processes. In 2018, he served as President of the Southern Utah Bar Association, where he played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among legal professionals in the region.
