About Raymond
Raymond Boyer began his path in higher education at Utah Valley State College and continued through two established law schools. He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and later studied at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Those academic stops shaped a practice that crosses several state lines.
After completing his studies, Boyer built a practice that reflects the geographic breadth of his training. He has worked on matters that require knowledge of more than one state’s rules and procedures. His career has involved advising clients on legal questions that overlap jurisdictions and coordinating the practical steps needed to move a matter forward across state boundaries.
Boyer is admitted to practice in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. That tri-state admission allows him to accept cases and handle filings in multiple courts. It also means he regularly engages with differing procedural requirements and statutory frameworks, and adjusts his approach to meet each jurisdiction’s expectations.
Throughout his career he has balanced office work and out-of-court legal tasks. He spends time preparing documentation, counseling clients, negotiating practical resolutions, and overseeing the administrative steps that keep a matter on track. He also appears where necessary to ensure procedural deadlines are met and positions are advanced in court or in administrative forums.
He is a member of a professional association since 2019 and continues involvement at the local level. That participation has kept him connected to peers in the region and to developments in state practice. It informs how he advises clients on timing, filings and strategy when matters touch more than one jurisdiction.
Boyer practices at Bangerter Frazier Group. At the firm he works with a range of clients, coordinating legal work across Idaho, Utah and Wyoming and addressing the logistical and procedural challenges that come with cross-border matters. He currently focuses his practice on handling legal matters that span those states.
