About Will

Will Slusher earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky, completing a B.A. in Political Science in 2017. He then went on to the University of Virginia School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2020. Those years shaped his early legal training and set the groundwork for a multi-jurisdictional practice.

After law school, Slusher entered private practice and pursued admission to several state bars. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Tennessee and Maryland. Those admissions allow him to take cases across state lines and to counsel clients whose matters touch multiple jurisdictions.

His professional memberships reflect an interest in immigration and regional bar activities. He joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2023 and has been a member of the Tennessee Bar Association since 2022. These affiliations place him in contact with peers working on immigration, administrative and trial-level matters in the region.

Slusher practices at Slusher Law Office. He handles immigration cases and related legal issues for individuals and families. His practice includes visa petitions, removal defense and administrative filings. He also assists clients as they navigate state and federal procedures that affect immigration status. He represents clients in interviews, hearings and filings, and he prepares the paperwork those processes require.

Colleagues and clients say he approaches cases methodically. He lays out options and legal pathways in practical terms and prepares written submissions and oral arguments when necessary. He also draws on his academic background in political science and law to explain how statutes, regulations and policy choices intersect with individual cases.

Slusher maintains an active calendar of cases across the states where he is admitted. He keeps current with developments in immigration law through association participation and by monitoring federal and state administrative changes that affect his clients. He is a familiar presence at regional bar events and in professional networks that address cross-border and administrative practice.

He currently practices at Slusher Law Office, handling immigration and related matters for clients across Kentucky, Tennessee and Maryland.
