About Warren Q.
Warren Q. Peebles earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Truman State University in 2008. He went on to Stetson University College of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2011. Those academic years set the foundation for a practice that bridges state and federal court work.
After law school he became active in Florida’s legal community. He joined the Florida Bar in 2011 and is admitted to practice in Florida. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, a credential he uses when federal jurisdiction arises.
Peebles practices at Englander Peebles, Accident & Injury Lawyers. His day-to-day work involves representing people who have been hurt in accidents and handling a range of insurance disputes. He engages in pretrial preparation, files claims, negotiates with insurers and, when necessary, brings cases before judges and juries. He also handles matters that intersect with federal court when cases bring federal questions or diversity jurisdiction into play.
Beyond the firm, he maintains memberships in several professional and community organizations. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. He also belongs to the American Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, reflecting regular involvement in Social Security disability matters. Outside legal circles he participates in Business Networking International and is a member of Congregation B nai Israel.
Colleagues describe Peebles as practical in approach. He favors clear, direct communication with clients. He prepares cases methodically, concentrating on the facts and the applicable law. When a case is amenable to settlement, he seeks realistic resolutions. When litigation is necessary, he takes the steps required to present claims in court.
Over the years he has balanced courtroom work with client counseling. He handles intake, investigates incidents, consults medical experts and manages the procedural demands of both state and federal filings. That mix of tasks reflects the needs of personal injury and disability plaintiffs, who often require both advocacy and ongoing case management.
He continues to practice at Englander Peebles, Accident & Injury Lawyers, representing clients in personal injury, accident-related insurance claims and Social Security disability matters as his current focus.
