About W. Neal
W. Neal Hollington built his legal foundation in two different regions of the country. He earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder, then went on to receive his law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and returned to that state to pursue his career.
He entered private practice as an associate in 2018 at Arant Law, LLC. Over the next several years he worked as an associate at a series of firms: Lambdin & Chaney, LLP in 2020; Nixon Shefrin Ogburn Drew, P.C. in 2021; and Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in 2022. Those roles exposed him to the day-to-day responsibilities of firm life, including client intake, case preparation and collaborative team work on matters handled by larger practices. In 2024 he opened Hollington Law Office, LLC and began practicing under his own firm name.
Across those positions he took on duties typical of associate lawyers. He supported partners, managed aspects of cases and engaged in legal research and drafting. He also worked on filings and the preparation that precedes hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in document work and attentive when coordinating with clients and other counsel. He maintains memberships in professional associations and participates in the networks many attorneys rely on to stay current.
His trajectory shows a steady movement from supporting roles in established firms to running a small practice. That path gave him experience in both the structures of larger firms and the operational demands of a solo practice. It also required adapting to different practice management styles and client expectations. Those transitions inform how he now runs his office, balancing client work with the administrative responsibilities of a small firm owner.
Hollington Law Office, LLC is based in Colorado. As the principal of his firm he handles the full range of duties that come with managing client matters and the business side of a law office. He continues to base his work in Colorado courts and regulatory settings. His practice currently concentrates on matters arising under Colorado law.
