About Timothy Patrick
Timothy Patrick Brennan took a conventional path into the law. He completed a B.A. in English and Politics at Ursinus College in 1996 and earned his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2000. Those formative years combined liberal arts reading and courtroom study. They set the stage for a practice centered in Pennsylvania.
Early in his career Brennan concentrated on workers' compensation matters. Over time he built experience handling claims, hearings and negotiations on behalf of employees. He also became involved in the bar community. He holds membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar and has long participated in the local professional network that surrounds workers' compensation practice.
Brennan pursued formal recognition of that practice area. He is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Law Section, a certification authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. That credential reflects a standardized review process that considers experience in state-specific workers' compensation law and related proceedings.
His work has been concentrated in administrative hearings and claim development. He regularly prepares and files petitions, represents clients at hearings before workers' compensation judges, and handles appeals when cases move beyond the initial decision. His files include cases involving contested liability, disputes over benefits, and matters that require medical and vocational evidence. He represents individuals rather than employers or insurers.
Brennan practices under the name Brennan Law Offices. He maintains offices that serve Pennsylvania residents and organizes his caseload to cover the regional administrative framework. He favors clear case records and careful preparation for hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case development and steady under the time pressures common to tribunal calendars.
Outside of casework he has continued to follow changes in state law and procedural rules that affect injured workers. He attends relevant continuing legal education and participates in section activities that shape practice standards. He also mentors newer attorneys who enter workers' compensation practice.
As of 2026 he continues to represent Pennsylvania workers at all stages of workers' compensation claims and related appeals. His current practice focuses on securing benefits for injured employees and guiding them through administrative proceedings.
