About Kevin

Kevin Regan earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2001. He entered the legal profession at a time when Pennsylvania courts were dealing with shifting rules on evidence and sentencing. The classroom training at Temple gave him the credential to begin a career that would move between public service and private practice.

He began his career in public prosecution. In 2005 he joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an assistant district lawyer. That role put him in court regularly. He handled arraignments, hearings and trials, and learned how cases are built from initial investigation through verdict. The experience shaped his approach to case preparation and courtroom work.

Two years later he moved into private practice as an associate at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford. At that firm he continued to practice as a lawyer, taking on matters that required litigation experience. The shift from public office to a firm setting broadened his exposure to different clients and procedural settings, and it gave him experience working within the structures of a private practice.

In 2012 he opened Regan Law Office. Since then he has operated his own practice in Pennsylvania. Running a small firm changed the day-to-day demands of his work. He assumed responsibility for client intake, case strategy, and the business side of a law office. It also returned him to a role that keeps him in state courtrooms and at the center of case development.

Across more than two decades in the law, Regan has built a practice rooted in courtroom experience. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and has combined trial work from his time as a prosecutor with the procedural demands of private practice. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in preparation; clients have relied on him for counsel in state matters.

Today he maintains an office under the name Regan Law Office and continues to represent individuals and entities in matters heard in Pennsylvania courts. His current practice centers on litigation and courtroom representation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
