About Timothy
Timothy McCalep began his academic path at Albany State University, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 1999. He went on to earn a J.D. from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2003. Those formative years set the groundwork for a practice centered on litigation and client advocacy.
After law school McCalep entered the Georgia legal market. He gradually built a practice that addresses claims arising from accidents and injuries. Early years in practice involved routine client work and courtroom appearances. Over time the matters he handled grew in complexity and scope.
McCalep’s work centers on personal injury representation. He represents individuals in cases involving automobile collisions, premises incidents, and other injury claims. He has conducted courtroom proceedings and managed pretrial negotiation, and he has handled appeals where the facts and law required a higher level of review. His approach aims to clarify legal options for clients and to move cases forward on a practical timetable.
He is licensed to practice in Georgia and is admitted to appear before the Federal Circuit. He maintains current membership in professional associations and participates in the local legal community. Those ties inform how he manages files and communicates with other lawyers and litigants.
Today he practices at McCalep Injury Lawyers, LLC. He oversees litigation and client counseling at the firm and coordinates with investigators, medical experts, and claims professionals when cases demand it. He balances courtroom work with case preparation and client contact. He concentrates on personal injury and related litigation.
