About Rajeev
Rajeev Kaila graduated from The University of Georgia School of Law in 2006 and entered private practice shortly thereafter. He joined the State Bar of Georgia in 2007 and has maintained membership since that time. His legal training at Georgia’s flagship law school provided the foundation for a practice rooted in state courts and Georgia procedures.
Kaila is a founding partner of Guardian Accident & Injury Lawyers. He helped build the firm’s presence across the Atlanta metropolitan area and played a central role in establishing its local offices. Over time he moved from junior associate work to firm leadership, handling both client intake and the management tasks that come with running a multi-office practice.
His work centers on accident and injury matters. He represents individuals who have suffered harm in motor vehicle collisions and other incidents that result in physical injury. In his courtroom work he has handled discovery, motion practice, and jury trials when cases required a trial setting. He also negotiates settlements on behalf of clients when resolution through agreement is appropriate.
Kaila maintains an active role in the State Bar of Georgia. His continuous membership since 2007 keeps him connected to bar resources and continuing legal education available through the state organization. That involvement complements the practical experience he gains handling cases in Georgia’s civil system and supports his day-to-day practice decisions.
At Guardian Accident & Injury Lawyers, Kaila divides his time among the firm’s Atlanta, Sandy Springs and Jonesboro offices. The multi-office footprint allows him to meet clients across the region and to coordinate case work across different courthouses. He continues to focus his practice on accident and personal injury matters handled for clients in Georgia.
