About Timothy
Timothy Kraeer took a steady, conventional path into the law. He earned a B.S. from Western Michigan University in 2009 and completed his J.D. at Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2014. Those years set the groundwork for a career spent in Pennsylvania courtrooms and law offices.
His first notable legal role came while still in law school, when he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Anthony A. Sarcione in 2014. That placement offered an early look at judicial decision-making and court procedure. After graduation he joined Ciccarelli Law Offices the same year and began practicing as a lawyer.
Kraeer moved through several firms in the years that followed, taking on associate roles that broadened his practice experience. In 2019 he was an associate at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer. The next year he worked as an associate at Fink Law Offices. In 2021 he joined Brennan Law Offices as an associate, a role he continues to hold. Each position added layers of responsibility and exposure to different case types and client needs.
Outside the office he maintains active ties to the legal community. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and belongs to both the Northampton and Chester County bar associations. Those memberships keep him connected to local practice developments and to colleagues across the region.
