About Timothy A.

Timothy A. Dillon earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law before launching a career that has spanned both corporate and private practice. He entered the legal profession amid the late 1990s and moved steadily through a series of roles that exposed him to litigation and courtroom practice. The Villanova education provided the foundation for work in multiple jurisdictions across the mid-Atlantic region.

Early in his career he worked for AstraZeneca, Inc. in 1997, a role that placed him inside a large corporate legal environment. He later joined Harvey, Pennington, Cabot, Griffith & Renneissen LLP in 2000 and then Martin & Associates in 2002. By 2004 he was a lawyer at Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi. Those positions include experience in both firm and in-house settings and reflect a steady progression through different practice environments over time. Across those roles he developed hands-on courtroom experience and a familiarity with the procedural demands of state and federal litigation.

Dillon is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds admissions to several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has represented clients in both state and federal forums across those jurisdictions and has navigated appeals and trial-level proceedings when cases required elevated review.

He is active in professional circles. He holds memberships in the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the State Bar of Pennsylvania and the Delaware State Bar. Those affiliations place him among practitioners who regularly engage in litigation and bar association activities. They also reflect continued participation in professional networks and peer groups that focus on trial practice and court advocacy.

Dillon maintains a network of offices that serve the region, including locations identified as a Wilmington law office, a Delaware County law office, a Montgomery County law office and a New Jersey law office. Those offices support representation of clients across state lines and allow for appearances in the various courts where he is admitted.

He continues to practice law and represents clients in matters that proceed in both state and federal courts. His current practice concentrates on civil litigation across Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
