About Anthony
Anthony DiUlio completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, earning a B.A. in Accounting and Pre‑Law in 2008. He went on to law school and received his J.D. from Drexel University School of Law in 2011. Those years set the technical foundation for a practice that blends procedural familiarity and courtroom experience.
Early in his legal career he served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Family Law Division in 2010. That role placed him inside family court proceedings and exposed him to the rhythms of docket management, hearings and judicial decision‑making. He moved into private practice soon after and, in 2012, joined Wheeler, DiUlio & Barnabei, P.C., where he took on responsibilities typical of a small‑firm setting, including client intake, motion practice and trial preparation.
DiUlio is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia, and he is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has been a member of the State Bar of Pennsylvania since 2012. Those admissions shape the types of matters he handles and the venues where he regularly appears.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to case work and attentive to procedural detail. His early courtroom exposure as a law clerk informs how he prepares for hearings. He is comfortable drafting pleadings, managing discovery and presenting oral arguments when required. At the same time, he pays close attention to client communication, explaining options and next steps in plain language rather than legal jargon.
Outside the office he identifies as a parent; he lists a personal certification as “Certified #1 Dad: Norah and Madison.” That note reflects a private, human side to a professional life that includes long days in court and client meetings. He remains based at Wheeler, DiUlio & Barnabei, P.C., and his current practice focuses on matters that arise in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and on appearances in the Third Circuit federal courts.
