Thomas Glenn Martin is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Martin is the founder and managing attorney at Foresight Legal Group, P.C., a law firm located in Long Beach, California. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Martin earned his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, where he graduated in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Yale University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at UCLA, he externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Martin has also been published in national law journals.
Mr. Martin concentrates his practice in the areas of probate law, estate planning, and trust administration. He represents individuals and families in matters involving wills, trusts, probate proceedings, and related estate planning services. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Martin has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding Foresight Legal Group, P.C., he worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in Los Angeles for several years.
Mr. Martin is an active member of the State Bar of California and has been involved in various community organizations. He has lectured on probate law and estate planning through the National Business Institute. He is also a family man, married with two children, and has been active in the community, including the Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma, the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach, and the advisory board of Miller Children’s Hospital of Long Beach.
