About Terry Lynn
Terry Lynn Pierce is the founder and lead attorney at Pierce Law Firm P.C. in Norman, Oklahoma. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, focusing primarily on criminal defense, including DUI & DWI, domestic violence, and personal injury cases. His firm also handles municipal law matters.
Mr. Pierce earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1983 and his Juris Doctor in 1990, both from the University of Oklahoma. Since then, he has represented clients across nearly every county in Oklahoma, as well as in Arkansas, federal district courts in Oklahoma and Texas, and three tribal courts. Throughout his career, Mr.
Pierce has defended clients in over fifty serious felony jury trials and thousands of other criminal cases. Notably, he defended a soldier in an Article 32 Preliminary Hearing at Fort Sill Army Base. While he continues to engage in civil litigation, his primary focus remains on criminal defense. He is a member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, the Cleveland County Bar Association, and the Chickasaw Nation Bar Association.
