About Taylor
Taylor Hale earned degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and McNeese State University before completing her legal education at Loyola University New Orleans, where she received her J.D. The path from undergraduate studies to law school took her through Louisiana campuses and kept her grounded in the state where she would later practice.
Her early legal career brought her into a firm environment. In 2008 she joined Phelps Dunbar, LLP as an attorney. That experience exposed her to the rhythms of a larger practice and the demands of client work in a regional firm setting. Two years later she opened Hale Law Office, beginning a private practice in 2010. She has maintained that practice since, managing the work and responsibilities that come with running a small firm.
Hale is a member of several professional organizations. She holds membership in the Louisiana Bar Association and in the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. She also belongs to the Louisiana Association for Justice and to national organizations, including the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Those affiliations keep her engaged with peers and provide regular opportunities for continuing legal education and professional interaction.
Her day-to-day work combines client counseling, case preparation and courtroom appearances. Hale’s practice reflects experience gained both at a larger firm and in solo practice. She handles procedural and substantive matters that arise in state courts and works directly with clients through each stage of a case. Colleagues describe her as steady in court and attentive in client meetings.
Outside casework, Hale has been active within the legal community through bar association programs and local professional events. She participates in discussions on practice management and on rules and ethics that affect lawyers in Louisiana. Those activities have made her a familiar face in regional bar circles.
She continues to operate Hale Law Office. Her practice remains based in Louisiana and centers on handling matters in state courts and serving clients across the state in those proceedings.
