About Tanaz

Tanaz Rostami earned her law degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2007 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004. Her academic path placed her in two of Southern California’s law and public affairs communities during formative years. The curriculum and clinics at Loyola Marymount provided practical training that she carried into practice in California.

She is admitted to the California bar and remains a current member of The State Bar of California. Early in her career she moved into firm practice and later into firm leadership. Over time she took on responsibilities that extended beyond individual cases. Her trajectory led her to a management role where administrative oversight and legal judgment intersect.

Rostami serves as Managing Partner at the Law Offices of Ben Yeroushalmi. In that capacity she balances case direction with practice management. She supervises legal teams, coordinates client intake, and helps shape office procedures. Day to day she divides attention between the courtroom and the conference room, working on filings and hearing preparation while also handling personnel and operational matters.

Colleagues describe her work style as steady and methodical. She approaches complex matters in stages, breaking large problems into actionable steps. That approach informs how she mentors younger attorneys and collaborates with support staff. She is known for clear communication in client meetings and for setting practical timelines for case work.

Her career reflects both courtroom and firm-side responsibilities. Managing partners often act as the bridge between client expectations and the firm’s capacity. Rostami’s role requires triage of new matters, oversight of billing and deadlines, and decisions about staffing for trials and hearings. She also plays a part in developing internal policies that affect how the office functions and serves clients.

Outside of the office she maintains professional ties through membership in the State Bar of California. That membership keeps her connected to developments in state law and bar practices. She also draws on her Los Angeles-area roots from UCLA and Loyola Marymount in building a local professional network.

As of 2026 she continues to practice law in California as Managing Partner at the Law Offices of Ben Yeroushalmi, handling both client matters and the firm’s operational responsibilities. She currently focuses her practice on serving clients in California while overseeing the firm’s daily operations.
