About Jonathan Michael
Jonathan Michael Seber built his path to the law on a foundation of political science and international studies. He received a B.A. from the University of Miami in 2007 and completed his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law in 2008. Those years shaped his interest in public policy and the legal mechanisms that govern workplace and consumer relations.
He is admitted to practice in California and serves as a partner at Yedidsion Seber LLP. As a partner he shares responsibility for case development and courtroom work. Colleagues describe him as steady under pressure and attentive to the tactical details that litigation often requires.
Seber has been active in local bar and professional associations since early in his career. He sits on the Executive Committee for Labor & Employment at the Beverly Hills Bar Association, a role he has held since 2012. He also maintains memberships in the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Lawyers of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in both employment and consumer law in the state.
His practice centers on labor and employment law and consumer litigation. He represents individuals who raise claims against employers and businesses, and he handles the procedural and substantive work that those cases require. In court and at the negotiating table he focuses on building clear factual records and pressing the legal theories that match the case facts.
At Yedidsion Seber LLP he divides time between litigation, client counseling, and supervising junior attorneys. He is involved in trial preparation, discovery strategy, and motions practice. Inside the office he spends significant time mentoring associates and coordinating with experts and investigators when cases demand it.
Seber’s daily work is rooted in California law and the practical realities of litigating employment and consumer disputes. He continues to participate in bar association activities and to represent clients at the trial and appellate levels when matters advance. He concentrates on labor and employment law and consumer litigation at Yedidsion Seber LLP.
