About Preston
Preston Kim studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to receive his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. Those years shaped his approach to the law. He combined classroom study with practical work and took courses that prepared him for courtroom practice and litigation.
After law school, Kim gained admission to practice in California. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Those credentials allow him to represent clients in state and federal civil matters. Over time he has built a practice that centers on representing individuals rather than businesses.
Kim is active in organizations that align with that work. He holds memberships in the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Lawyers of California, and the American Association for Justice. He attends association events and participates in continuing legal education programs. Through those groups he stays current on developments in consumer-protection statutes and litigation strategies.
He practices at the Law Offices of Ben Yeroushalmi. At the firm he works on cases that move through state and federal courts.
