About T. Andrew
T. Andrew Miller earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Central Florida before moving to Georgia for law school. He completed his J.D. in 2006 at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Those academic stops set a straightforward course: business fundamentals followed by courtroom preparation.
He entered practice in 2006 at Aitkens & Aitkens, P.C., where he handled matters that helped him learn the rhythms of client work and litigation. In 2008 he took on a project role at King & Spalding LLP, a position that exposed him to large-firm procedures and complex case management. Later that same year he worked at Cuzdey Ehrmann Wagner Stine Sansalone & Bobe, further broadening his litigation experience in Georgia courts.
By 2013 he opened his own practice, founding The Law Offices of T. Andrew Miller, LLC. He has led the firm since then, guiding its day-to-day work and case strategy. Running a small firm required a mix of courtroom preparation, client counseling and administrative oversight. Those are tasks he continues to manage.
Miller is licensed in Georgia and admitted to practice in the Federal Circuit. He joined the Georgia State Bar in 2006, and his professional affiliations have expanded steadily since. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the American Bar Association, both since 2007. In 2013 he added memberships in the Sandy Springs Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He also belongs to the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group, where he has been active since 2014.
Those memberships reflect the kinds of matters he handles. His practice has included litigation work and representation of clients in injury-related matters. In court he has dealt with procedural and evidentiary issues common to trial practice, and he has navigated federal filings when cases required it.
Colleagues describe Miller as a lawyer who prefers practical legal work over theory. He spends much of his time preparing cases for hearing, drafting pleadings, and meeting with clients to explain options and next steps. The combination of early career experience at a large firm and years running his own office shapes his approach to case handling.
He continues to operate The Law Offices of T. Andrew Miller, LLC, handling workers’ injury claims and related civil litigation in Georgia and in federal court.
