About Suzanne H.
Suzanne H. Jebaily earned a B.A. from Francis Marion University in 1974 and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. The two degrees are separated by more than three decades, a fact that marks an unconventional educational path. The later law degree established a new professional direction after earlier studies.
After law school she became licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of South Carolina. She went on to build a solo practice under the name Jebaily Law Office. That office provides the platform for litigation, counseling and representation in matters arising under state law. Public records and professional listings identify her practice under that firm name.
Jebaily’s professional life is rooted in membership in state and local legal organizations. She is a current member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Florence County Bar Association. She also belongs to the South Carolina Association for Justice, the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Education Association, and Injured Workers’ Advocates of South Carolina. Those affiliations place her among attorneys who regularly handle worker injury and compensation issues.
Her practice involves representing clients in workers’ compensation matters and related injury claims. She appears in proceedings before state administrative bodies and in court when cases require litigation. Colleagues describe her work as centered on the mechanics of injury law and the practical needs of those pursuing benefits and remedies after workplace accidents.
Jebaily handles case intake, prepares claims for filing, and represents clients at hearings and trials when necessary. She is active in professional education forums tied to workers’ compensation, keeping current on statutory changes and agency procedures that affect claimants. The associations she maintains also provide channels for continuing education and peer discussion on emerging issues in injury law.
Clients come to her office for assistance navigating the claims process, appealing denied benefits, and resolving disputes over medical care and wage replacement. The practice is rooted in state law and administrative procedure, and much of the day-to-day work involves evidence gathering, medical records review, and advocacy at hearings.
She currently practices at Jebaily Law Office, representing injured workers and handling workers’ compensation and related injury matters.
