Steven Lawrence Weinberg is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Weinberg earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he graduated in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was actively involved in various student organizations and gained practical experience through internships in the entertainment industry.
Mr. Weinberg concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, intellectual property, real estate law, and entertainment law. He represents clients in matters involving business contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, trademark litigation, and real estate transactions. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Weinberg has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Weinberg is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Weinberg is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
