About Steven David
Steven David Resnick built his legal foundation at West Chester University, where he earned a B.A. in 1997. He continued his studies at Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law and received his J.D. in 2000. Those years set the stage for a career that moves between courtroom work, case administration and complex client matters.
His early professional steps included a lawyer position at Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check, LLP in 2004. That role placed him amid large-scale litigation and the mechanics that surround coordinated claims. In 2010 he shifted into consulting as a senior consultant for The Garden City Group. There he worked on the administrative side of settlements and managed processes that affect large numbers of claimants. In 2012 he returned to firm practice as an associate at Golomb & Honik, P.C., joining a team known for handling multi-party litigation and detailed case work.
Resnick is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. That dual admission has allowed him to handle matters that cross state lines and to work alongside counsel in multiple jurisdictions. He also maintains active involvement in professional organizations. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and serves on the Board of Governors of the association’s New Lawyers Division, a role that connects early-career attorneys across the country and addresses issues facing newer members of the bar.
Colleagues describe him as steady and practical at the table. His resume shows a balance between courtroom-facing responsibilities and the logistical demands of claims administration. The consultant role at The Garden City Group gave him experience in the distribution and management side of settlements. His time as a lawyer and later associate sharpened litigation skills and case-preparation routines.
Resnick’s path illustrates a professional who moves easily between litigation and the administrative structures that support large cases. He has combined firm experience with consulting work to develop an understanding of both advocacy and the backend processes that follow major resolutions. He currently practices at Golomb & Honik, P.C., where he focuses on civil litigation and claims administration matters.
