Stephen Lee Anderson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Anderson is the principal attorney at Anderson Law - We Protect Imagination!, a law firm located in Temecula, California. He has been practicing law for over 35 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Anderson earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated in 1990. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Georgetown, he developed a strong foundation in business and intellectual property law, which has been instrumental in his legal career.
Mr. Anderson concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, intellectual property, and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, business dissolution, business finance, business formation, business litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial real estate, condominiums, easements, eminent domain, homeowners association issues, land use and zoning, mortgages, neighbor disputes, residential real estate, and water law. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Diego for several years.
Mr. Anderson is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
