Joseph M. Wojcik is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Wojcik is a partner at Davis & Wojcik, A Professional Law Corporation, a law firm with offices in Hemet and Temecula, California. He practices law in the jurisdictions of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Wojcik earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. During his time at Western State University College of Law, he graduated at the top of his class and received two American Jurisprudence Awards.

Mr. Wojcik concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, estate planning, business law, and wrongful termination. He represents health care providers, real estate developers, and agricultural companies in matters involving commercial disputes, employment issues, real estate transactions, and compliance claims. Additionally, he has assisted over 2,000 clients with estate planning, including the preparation and administration of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including hearings, appeals, negotiations, and trials.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wojcik has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Riverside County Superior Courts. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Riverside County for several years.

Mr. Wojcik is an active member of the Hemet/San Jacinto Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, and the Southwest Bar Association. He is also a founding member of the Southwest Inn of Court. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Mount San Jacinto College and is the President of the Governing Council for the Western Center Academy, a high school ranked twelfth among California high schools. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 30 years, and they have three daughters.
