During his time at Georgetown, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in employment and business law.
Mr. Henry concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and business litigation. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for ten years.
Mr. Henry is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Law since 2020 and serves as a Board Member of the Alameda County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Henry is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
