Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Government. During his time at Georgetown, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in employment and business law.
Mr. Henry concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and business litigation. He represents employees, executives, and shareholders in disputes involving wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and breach of contract. He has also appeared before various arbitration panels and administrative agencies. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for ten years.
Mr. Henry is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Law since 2020 and serves as a Board Member of the Alameda County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Henry is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
