Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
