About Staci
Staci Sabetti began her professional journey studying finance at Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in 1994. She redirected that quantitative training toward the law and received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997. Those formative years combined numerical discipline and legal training, shaping a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
She entered legal practice after law school and spent the early years establishing a foundation in client representation. Her career has included courtroom work and negotiated settlements, along with counsel on transactional matters. She has handled cases that required attention to detail, careful document drafting and steadiness under pressure. Colleagues describe her as methodical and clear in courtroom presentations and client meetings.
Sabetti’s background in finance informs much of how she evaluates cases and transactions. She applies that perspective when reviewing contracts, assessing damages and advising on business-related disputes. That analytical lens also proves useful when preparing witnesses and developing litigation strategy. Her training in both numbers and law gives her a practical ability to translate complex financial information into arguments that are accessible to judges and juries.
Over the course of her career she has worked for a mix of clients. Those engagements ranged from individual matters to disputes involving businesses. She has experience managing litigation from initial filing through trial preparation and has negotiated settlements when resolution outside court was prudent. In transactional settings she has assisted in drafting agreements and conducting due diligence.
Outside the courtroom she has focused on clear communication with clients. She favors straightforward explanations of legal risks and options. That approach helps clients make informed choices about how to proceed. She balances legal analysis with practical considerations like timing and cost.
She continues to practice law and adapts her work to the needs of each client. She currently concentrates her practice on representing clients in both litigation and transactional matters.
