About Gary J. Saylor

Gary J. Saylor II took an unconventional path to the law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Environmental Science from Delaware Valley College in 2006, then turned to legal studies and received his J.D. from Charlotte School of Law in 2014. Those years set the stage for a career spent in small-firm and solo practice inside Pennsylvania.

He began his legal career as an associate at Meshkov & Breslin in 2015. The next year he opened The Law Office of Gary J. Saylor, II and ran a solo practice. In 2019 he joined Cramer, Swetz, McManus & Jordan P.C. as an associate. That sequence — associate, solo practitioner, associate again — gave him steady exposure to the practical demands of running cases and advising clients.

Saylor’s professional memberships reflect a regional practice. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association. Those affiliations connect him to colleagues across several counties and provide ties to local court systems and bar activities.

Colleagues describe Saylor as the kind of lawyer who moves between roles comfortably. He has experience both handling matters for his own clients and contributing to case teams at established firms. Running a solo practice required him to manage the full life cycle of cases, from intake through resolution, while his later firm work placed him alongside other lawyers on more complex matters.

The trajectory of his career shows an emphasis on hands-on practice rather than academic or bar leadership posts. He has built a resume that centers on private practice in Pennsylvania courts and legal settings. His work has kept him rooted in the region where he grew his professional network and where he continues to practice.

He is currently an associate at Cramer, Swetz, McManus & Jordan P.C., practicing in Pennsylvania and maintaining memberships in the county and state bar associations. His current practice focuses on serving clients in matters arising in Pennsylvania courts and administrative forums.
