About Spencer
After earning his J.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2000, Spencer Eisenmenger began building a practice in Missouri courts. He trained at law school and then moved into trial work. Over time he developed a courtroom-first practice that places litigation and trial advocacy at its center.
Eisenmenger is a founding partner of Fowler Pickert Eisenmenger Norfleet. He helped establish the firm and remains a principal there. His role involves both case work and the management of a small trial firm, where decisions about litigation strategy and client representation are made day to day.
Throughout his career he has maintained ties to organized trial bars. He holds memberships in the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. Those affiliations reflect the litigation path his career has followed and keep him connected to developments in trial procedure and evidence law.
In the courtroom he focuses on contested matters that require a trial-ready approach. He handles pre-trial preparation, motions practice, and courtroom presentation. Colleagues describe him as someone who prepares cases to be tried and who pays attention to details that judges and juries notice.
Eisenmenger’s practice life is split between client work and the internal demands of running a firm. He supervises associates and works directly on significant cases. He also participates in the business side of the firm, helping to shape staffing and case selection.
Outside of formal roles, Eisenmenger remains involved in continuing legal education and professional gatherings tied to trial advocacy. He continues to practice at Fowler Pickert Eisenmenger Norfleet in Missouri, where his work concentrates on trial litigation.
