Sidney Alex Luscutoff is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Luscutoff is a member of Luscutoff Lendormy & Associates, a law firm located in San Francisco, California. He has been practicing law for over 45 years, serving clients throughout the state.
Mr. Luscutoff earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1980. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971. During his time at UC Davis, he developed a strong foundation in the liberal arts, which has informed his legal practice.
Mr. Luscutoff concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, estate planning, probate, and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving bankruptcy estates, probate estates, trust estates, and conservatorships. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Luscutoff has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for several years.
Mr. Luscutoff is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Municipal Court from 1989 to 1999 and was a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for Commercial Law of the American Arbitration Association from 1982 to 1996. He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
