About Sharon R.
Sharon R. Moss earned her law degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2012 after beginning her legal studies in 2009. She entered the profession at a time when the local legal community was grappling with changes in practice and an expanding body of regulatory work. Law school shaped her approach to legal problem-solving and informed the early choices she made about practice settings and professional affiliations.
Her early years after graduation were spent gaining hands-on experience. She moved from classroom theory to client work, taking on research, drafting and courtroom preparation. Those formative years taught her to manage competing deadlines and to translate complex legal rules into practical advice for clients. Over time she developed a routine for handling litigation files and transactional matters that balanced client needs against procedural realities.
Moss maintains current professional memberships. She is engaged in the networks that connect attorneys across practice areas and across the islands. Those memberships have provided ongoing access to continuing legal education and peer review. She has used that network to refine case strategy and to stay current on shifts in state law.
She joined Farrell and Croft PC, where she is an attorney in the firm’s office. At the firm she works on matters that require both courtroom readiness and careful pretrial preparation. Colleagues describe her as steady under pressure and methodical in approach. She has handled a range of tasks that include client interviews, legal research, motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Moss’s practice style is straightforward. She focuses on clear communication with clients and on presenting matters in an organized way to opposing counsel and to courts. Her work involves drafting pleadings and briefs, assembling factual records and preparing witnesses. She places weight on procedural precision and on meeting court deadlines.
Outside of casework, she participates in firm discussions about strategy and case management. She contributes to internal training and helps newer attorneys adapt to the firm’s workflow. Her role supports both individual case outcomes and the firm’s broader practice structures.
As of 2026, Sharon R. Moss continues to practice at Farrell and Croft PC. Her current practice focuses on matters handled through the firm, where she represents clients and manages litigation and transactional work for the office.
