About Shannine

Shannine Anderson built a legal path that moves from classrooms to courtrooms and, most recently, to firm ownership. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with dual bachelor’s degrees in business administration and criminology. Four years later she earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.

Early in her career Anderson took part in a national fellowship program. In 2012 she served as a law fellow through the Kellogg National Law Fellows program. That year offered an early chance to test public-interest and policy ideas against the realities of practice and scholarship.

After law school she remained connected to legal academia. In 2013 she worked as a research assistant at Florida State University College of Law. The role involved doctrinal research and support for faculty projects. Later that same year she moved into a court-based role as a senior staff lawyer for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. The position placed her inside court processes and day-to-day case management.

Anderson shifted back to private practice in 2019 when she joined Anderson and Associates, P.A. as a senior lawyer. In that capacity she took on higher-level client matters and helped shape case strategy. The years at Anderson and Associates gave her experience in litigation, legal writing, and courtroom preparation.

In 2023 she launched Regalis Law, P.A. The firm represents the latest chapter in a career that spans public service, academic work, and private practice. Founding her own firm allowed Anderson to set her own priorities for client service and case selection.

Throughout her career she has balanced research and courtroom work. Her background includes extended legal research, staff-level work in a judicial circuit, and senior roles in private practice. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in the courtroom and meticulous on paper. Clients have found clarity in the way she explains complex legal issues.

Outside of casework Anderson maintains professional memberships. She is licensed to practice in Florida and remains active in the state legal community. She continues to draw on her academic training and court experience in advising clients.

She practices from Regalis Law, P.A., where her work concentrates on legal matters within Florida.
