Jeffrey D Ostlie studied law at Florida International University and earned his J.D. in 2005. He moved into the Florida real estate and title world soon after. Early career stops put him inside both brokerages and title operations, giving him practical experience on several sides of real estate transactions.
In 2008 he took on in-house roles that blended legal work and business oversight. He served as general counsel and managing member at Central Florida Title, LLC. In the same year he also worked as a broker and general counsel for Realty Executives. Those positions involved day-to-day advice on title issues, compliance matters, and the practical mechanics of closings. They also exposed him to the regulatory and insurance concerns that often arise in property deals.
Two years later he opened a private practice. In 2010 he established The Law Office of Jeffrey D. Ostlie, P.A., where he serves clients in matters tied to real estate and title. His office handles transactional work, title review and clearance, and counseling for brokers and title agencies. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate professionals in routine and complex closings.
Ostlie maintains active professional affiliations that reflect his practice area. He is a member of the Florida Bar. He also holds memberships in the Central Florida Real Estate Council and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. In addition, he is listed as an agent with the Lawyers Title Insurance Fund.
