About Seth T.

Seth T. Mosebey began his path in law after completing undergraduate studies at Susquehanna University and earning his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2006. He left campus with a law degree and a readiness to practice in Pennsylvania. His academic background anchors a steady approach to legal work and professional involvement.

Early in his career he joined Martson Law Offices. Over time he rose through the ranks and now serves as a shareholder at the firm. His role there combines case work, client counseling and firm management. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he breaks problems into manageable parts and explains options in plain language.

Mosebey is active in the bar community. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the Juniata County Bar Association. He also serves on a Hearing Committee of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Disciplinary Board, a position that places him in the middle of professional ethics and disciplinary processes for the state. Outside of strictly legal circles he remains connected to his undergraduate alma mater through the Susquehanna University Alumni Board of Trustees.

That mix of local and statewide activity informs how he practices. He works inside the Pennsylvania legal system and spends significant time engaged with courts, tribunals and fellow attorneys across the region. The hearing committee work gives him regular exposure to procedural and ethical issues, and his bar association memberships keep him current on developments affecting client representation.

Clients and peers see Mosebey as steady and practical. He does not court publicity. Instead he focuses on the details that make a case or transaction move forward. At the firm he balances client work with responsibilities that come from being a shareholder, including mentoring younger lawyers and helping shape office policies.

He maintains a base at Martson Law Offices and practices in Pennsylvania. His current practice concentrates on serving clients from that office and participating in professional and civic institutions that shape the state’s legal landscape.
